Your teacher
Kirsty has been practising yoga for over a decade and teaching since completing her 200-hour training. Her classes blend mindful movement with plain-English guidance — no gymnastics, no jargon, just steady, honest practice.
The studio
Classes are kept deliberately small so everyone gets real attention. Mats and props are provided; just bring yourself and comfortable clothing.
