Cancellation policy

If you can't make a class

Please email at least 12 hours before the class starts. With 12 hours' notice:

• a class booked with a pass credit has the credit returned to your pass;
• a class paid one-off is refunded.

With less than 12 hours' notice, the booking is charged as normal — the spot was held for you and is usually too late to fill.

To cancel, just reply to your booking confirmation email or use the contact details on the contact page.

If a class is cancelled by the studio

You'll be contacted directly by email. Pass credits are returned in full and one-off payments are refunded. If one session of a course is cancelled, the course extends by a week so you never lose a session.

Courses

Course enrolments cover the whole series. Missed sessions aren't refunded or transferable, but if you have to withdraw in exceptional circumstances, please get in touch — we're human about it.
